Spoon's Rock Creek Ranch

Welcome to the Cabin at Spoon's Rock Creek Ranch

Quietly nestled where the Middle and East Forks of Rock Creek merge, discover Spoon’s Rock Creek Ranch. This quaint log cabin sits about 40 feet from the bank of Montana’s only Blue Ribbon trout stream. The best part is the amazing quiet and tranquility that overtakes you when you step inside the front door or out the back door to the water.  With miles of stream wandering through the property the fishing is amazing; whether just off the deck, up or downstream, or off to the East Fork where, beaver ponds dance with daily hatches & hungry fish.

Blue Ribbon Trout Stream

Rock Creek is Montana’s only Blue Ribbon Trout Stream. Its water runs cold and most of the time clear even during hot summer months making it a tremendous home for rainbow, brown, cutthroat and brook trout. The large and endangered bull trout can also be found hiding in the riffles, just waiting to bend your rod. Miles of stream including the East and Middle Forks wander through and merge at the edge of Spoon’s Rock Creek Ranch. Just up the road the West and Ross’s Forks join in to form Rock Creek's headwaters; a river of over 50 miles filled with gentle pools, swift runs and pockets. Rock Creek has water to please almost every angler and trout. Ask about guide services available.
